The location is perfect as the distance to town is within 10 minutes. The view is outstanding. Room is well appointed, Off street parking ,Good fast internet .

Spa bath was great, plenty towels, comfortable chairs, all necessary conveniences you need. Nice selection of teas, decaf coffee and chocolate powder.

Great location overlooking the bay. Lovely large room with a spa bath. It was nice to have a sofa in the room that was comfortable. The shower was super powerful too!

I loved the location right opposite the parks, &the Sea view,, close to the city..Tidy &clean,, Will be booking again 😊in the near future was very relaxing & quiet!

We have stayed at shoreline motel at least twice a year for the past four years and it’s always exactly how we expect. It’s our goto spot for a weekend away and our favourite of the motels along marine parade. It’s great value for money, clean and well maintained. We love the lay out of the rooms and the great views from the balcony. Road noise has never been an issue which we appreciate a lot coming from a farm.

Facilities in room regarding cooking etc were excellent as we had bought food etc with us. Fab lounge area and balcony. Great view to be so close to sea and centre of town. Downside was 2 lots of stairs no lift and the spa bath was not working so very disappointed as one of the reasons we booked it but had a great stay.

I was a single mum travelling with 2 babies (3weeks and 18 months) they catered and fulfilled all my needs n requested promptly and efficiently (ground floor suite and a cot). The room was large and tidy and had close parking for me and the kids (it was raining 🙄)

The ground floor studio is a large size and has a small, basic kitchenette with a sink and 2 stovetop elements for simple cooking. The bed is large (wider than King Size) and the en suite is a good size too. Great to have the air conditioner as Napier can get very hot in summer. The location is superb, across the road from the lovely attractions along the Esplanade and a fairly easy walk to the main shopping/cafes street.

The only issue I have was Booking.com didn't communicate with Shoreline reception positively in regards to customers email with changes, I was shocked when staff from Shoreline called me and said I am checking out, as I was supposed to living on the following day, somehow I I was transferred to the next door hotel.
